Error 403 Forbidden while calling Rest API to get the configured item structure

Trying to fetch the configured item structure using Rest API mentioned as per the documentation. Provided the required privilege "View Configured Item Structures (CTO_VIEW_CONFIGURED_ITEM_STRUCTURES_PRIV)" to the user calling Rest API and also ran the ESS job "Build Configured Item Exploded Structure"
