Talent Profile Section Descriptions – Can They Display Even When No Entries Exist?
Summary:
We’re configuring the Talent Profile experience and noticed that section descriptions only appear when there are entries in the section. If a section is empty, the system displays the default message: “After items are added, you can see them here.”
However, some sections may remain empty for certain users—either because the section is role-specific or not applicable to their day-to-day activities. In these cases, we’d still like the section description to appear to help users understand the purpose of the section and guide them on how to request updates via our Shared Services desk.
Is there a way to configure the Talent Profile so that section descriptions are always visible, even when no entries are present? Or is this a known limitation?
