Helpdesk Category- Digital Assistant
Hi Oracle Experts,
In ODA, when we try to create Helpdesk requests, it asks to provide the Category. When the end user provides a combination of words in Category, the ODA is not creating any Helpdesk request.
Eg., If the category is Wellness, and if the user enters 'Health and Wellness', then the Helpdesk request is not getting created. If we provide the exact words then its creating.
ODA looks for the same exact words in the Category field?
How to help the users here to create a helpdesk request?
