Information vs Supplemental Earnings Classification

Summary:

Which classification to use when we are not implementing Payroll but plan to use in future.

I have ICP's like Sign on Bonus, Refferal Bonus, Relocation Bonus and I am creating options but I am confused which classification to use as these elements are non-recurring ideally, we should use supplemental earnings but since we currently don't have Payroll so it doesnot make sense to use supplemental earnings so, using information element.

Can someone help me understand the implication of using each of the classification and the impacts on integration?
