Audit report for Time and Labor product not returning data

in Workforce Management

We have enabled auditing for OTL timecards as per the Oracle documentation.
After enabling, we observed that a new Change History tab appears when submitting a timecard, confirming that auditing is active.

As part of testing, we added additional hours and submitted the timecard, expecting the changes to reflect in the
Audit Report(Tools --> Audit Report --> Product-Time and Labor). However, the report is not returning any data.

The required privilege FND_VIEW_AUDIT_HISTORY_PRIV is already assigned. Kindly advise.
