Can we rename fields in ADD GOAL Page in REDWOOD UI

There is a requirement in Redwood Goal Management. My client wants to have different field names in Performance goal and development goal. While adding a performance Goal, it should say performance goal name and while adding a development goal it should say Development Goal Name. I tried through sandbox UIT but there is no such option, the field name is getting changed for both performance and development.

This is very urgent and you reply is highly appreciated.
