date and time should be seprate in schedule process

Summary:

I have a requirement to schedule the process 'Retrieve Inbound Email Messages' to run every 5 minutes between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily, and every 30 minutes outside of these hours (from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
