How to remove the configuration page when we go to edit task?

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the HR role. When we use the HR role and go to Journeys' section and go to My tasks tab and select Edit Task, the configuration page opens automatically. I'll post also some screens.
How can we remove this feature? Do we need to remove any duties or privileges from the role?
