Licencing of Subscription Schedule for Action Plans

Hello everyone,

A customer wants to use Action Plans and needs to link a subscription schedule to publish Action Plan Templates. My question is whether this subscription schedule, once we create it, requires separate licensing outside of SKU B85800 & B87388, or whether this feature is included as part of the Action Plan configuration.

Do you have any information on this? The Oracle Cloud Service Descriptions were a little unclear.
