As per the document we expected to enable the opt-in "Simplify Configuration and Processing for B2B Messaging" for Financials Product.

Indeed we need to enable this option for e-Invoicing for France.

This opt-in seems to be available for product "Manufacturing and SCM", "Order Management" and "Procurement" products :

But we have only financials product with receivables transaction to send for e-invoicing.
