Default customer profile end date( 9/23/25) in oracle fusion

Summary:

Customer profiles ware end dated (9/23/25), As per standard functionality the Default" has automatically set an end date 12/31/4712. However, the customer profiles are defaulting to an end date of 9/23/25. what could be the reason?.

when running the Print Receivable Transaction Process doesn't display customer accounts
