Visibility issue with Talent Pool

Hi team,

I would like to ask if any of you have encountered or are currently encountering the same issue we are facing:

when adding members and/or owners to the pool, the value list for pool members and owners is no longer segregated by AOR. It is possible to add members and owners who fall outside the visibility scope of the HR creating the pool. However, the pool cannot be created if members not belonging to the pool are included - the "Create" button becomes disabled and the page freezes.

On another client, I am able to create the pool even with members who do not belong to the AOR of the HR creating the pool.
