Performance Evaluations & Magnet Requirements
I'm looking to connect with Magnet-designated healthcare organizations that are currently using Oracle for their annual performance evaluation process. Specifically, I'm interested in understanding how peer feedback and nursing validator requirements are configured and managed within the system.
At our organization, we use Oracle’s Feedback functionality by having the employee or manager send a questionnaire directly to the recipient. However, the process feels somewhat cumbersome. Employees/Managers often forget to initiate the feedback request, or they proceed through the evaluation steps before the feedback is received. This results in extra administrative work to roll back the evaluation so the feedback can be properly incorporated.
