HDL output from Benefits Health Check Diagnostic Test - how to use?

Summary:

I have run the Benefits Health Check Diagnostic Test, which returns 2 separate sections of HDL - one for beneficiary percentages that don't add up to 100 over primary or contingent, and another section for plans with contingent beneficiaries but no primary. All of these have happened when employees have ended contact records, so the next life event can't carry the previous elections forward.
