Order Orchestration Import error JBO-25026

I am attempting to import order orchestrations to a Cloud 25C environment and several of my orchestrations failed. The full process results report is attached, however my focus is this error received in the "ProcessDefinitionSetupVO" detail object: "JBO-25026: Row oracle.jbo.Key[300000082253467 1 ] with XML tag ProcessDefinitionSetupVORow cannot be loaded.JBO-25027: Attribute ProcessStepDefinitionSetup at index 45 with XML tag ProcessStepDefinitionSetup cannot be loaded.JBO-25025: Rowset with XML tag ProcessStepDefinitionSetup cannot be loaded.JBO-25026: Row oracle.jbo.Key[300000082253480 ] with XML tag ProcessStepDefinitionSetupVORow cannot be loaded.JBO-25072: Applying List binding LOV_TaskCode with given set of values leads to no matching row for a row of type :ProcessDefinitionEO_ProcessStepDefinition_ProcessDefinitionSetupVOToProcessStepDefinitionSetupVO_ProcessStepDefinitionSetupVO, key
