Why does Add Absence disappear from employee options when Redwood Add Absence is enabled?

If I enable the ORA_ANC_ADD_ABSENCE_VBCS_UI_ENABLED profile option, the Add Absence option disappears from My Team > My Team > ellipses next to employee name. How do we fix that so that option is still available even when the ORA_ANC_ADD_ABSENCE_VBCS_UI_ENABLED profile option is enabled?
