Hide the Benefits Authorization if the employee already accepted it during initial login

In RUI, if the employee already accepted the authorization during initial enrollment, the authorization will not show again if the employee makes any changes again to the enrollment. However, in Redwood it is showing always as the first train stop even though the employee already accepted it before. Is there any way to hide the authorization from the ess page and it should skip to the first plan if the employee already accepted it.
