Why some of our opportunity records are read only
Summary: Some of our opportunity records are read-only although we have an admin role. We are expecting that all of the opportunity records are editable in our view. Is there anything else that we should be adding in our roles aside from inheriting some of the significant role which is the sales manager and sales representative?
