Show or hide a field based on Competitor DCL value

Summary:

We have a scenario where we need to show/hide field based on specific value in DCL field. The Id field is used to select the value in competitor but as these competitor value vary env to env we cannot use id of competitors. We do not get the name of competitor until we save the record.

Is there a way we can achieve this to show/hide field based on the value in Competitor DCL.
