Is it possible to set up a supplier warranty for previous maintenance work order?

One of our clients wish to set up supplier warranty in Oracle Cloud but not the common warranty, which the asset purchased from supplier is warranted against that supplier. They wish to set up a warranty set up by supplier against a previous maintenance work order that supplier worked and gave them warranty for that service.

Is it possible? If so, how can we do it?
