UI Observation: Left Alignment of Fields on Manager Team Goal Center

"We've noticed that on the landing page of the Manager Team Goal Center, the "Business Title" and "Review Period" fields appear left-aligned instead of their expected alignment. This behavior specifically occurs when the logged-in user has reportees.

This may be impacting layout consistency and user experience for managers with direct reports." PFA below image
