Error response during REST action when adding absence in Employee Self Service with custom role

Summary:

We are encountering the error "Error response during RestAction" whenever a user with a custom employee role tries to add an absence in Employee Self Service (Redwood UI). This issue does not occur when the seeded Employee role is assigned. Please advise which specific REST or aggregate privileges for Absence Management need to be added to resolve this issue.
