Copy Lead to Opportunity missing fields

Only two out of four custom fields are included in the copy map when converting a Lead to an Opportunity.

I have four custom fields in my Leads Details page, each field uses a Lookup to show values. After you pick the first field, the remaining three fields use a parent choice list to only display certain options based on what you selected in the field previous in the order. This is all work that is being done in a sandbox.
