Compensation - Upload Budget?

Hello everyone,

Is it possible, in a Compensation plan with a budget at manager level, to upload the specific amounts per manager instead of entering them individually via “Administer Workers”?
We were unable to find an object for this in the available business objects in the HDL Loader.
