amex expense records are showing in oracle fusion from user end unable to see those expense records

User expenses are showing in the oracle fusion expenses application, where as from the user side not able to view those expense records, and user is getting remainder mail to submit those expenses.

Amex card transactions are processed and able to see those records in oracle fusion expenses application, but from user side not able to view those expense records. Verified with user and said these records are not submitted and user is getting remainder notification mails from amex.

Enclosed (1st and 2nd snips) expenses available in application, and the last one is from user end not able to find these records.
