Unable to access Maintenance management. error pops up on landing page

Summary:

We had a content refresh on dev4 instance and now while we click on maintenance management, an error pops up : Cannot assign non-array to an array property, organizationsArray. and a small box which just says 'Error'.

We had a content refresh on dev4 instance and now while we click on maintenance management module tab, an error pops up : Cannot assign non-array to an array property, organizationsArray. Rest all the modules are working fine in the instance using the same role created.

We also tried to clone a seeded maintenance user in the instance which is working fine by copying it and creating a new user without editing anything. Still the issue persist with the role created. But the seeded role is working fine.
