Remove and Assigning new goal plan for Annual Review

Summary:

Hi Team,

There is a requirement where an user completed his Mid Year Review 2025 with a goal plan A with some goals and now they wanted to add him in goal plan B for Annual Appraisal 2025 and doesn't want goal plan A and the respective goals to visible during Annual Review.

Do we have any solutions to achieve this without affecting the data of Mid Year Review 2025?
