Automating Productivity-Based Pay
Summary:
We’re exploring how to better leverage Oracle HCM to manage a segment of our physician population whose pay is tied to productivity and benchmark performance. Currently, we maintain this group manually using a tier structure, but it’s not sustainable long-term. We’re interested in learning how others have configured Oracle to handle pay models where compensation may be a fixed tier rate or calculated as a percentage of a base pay rate, and whether features like grade ladders or step progression have been successfully adapted for similar scenarios.
