performance template - In Use - should be yes even after assigning PD to employee

Hello,

Even after adding the performance document through eligibility, it still shows as “Not in use.” Only one document appears to be populating for the employee, while the other two—despite having the same configuration and being added in the same way as the one marked “Yes”—are still shown as “No” under the In Use column.

Could you please advise how we can rectify this issue?
