Question about executing APIs in Oracle Fusion Sales

Goal
I have created a custom object in Oracle Fusion Sales.
I would like to create an attribute for this object via the API.

Current Situation
When I execute the following request using Basic Authentication,
the GET request (to retrieve attributes) works successfully,
but the POST request (to create an attribute) returns a 403 error.

  1. To execute the above POST request, is it mandatory to create a Client Credentials application in IDCS?
