Not able to open performance document from the link under bell notification

Summary:

Once the PIP document is submitted it routes to an approval - in this case it routes to an HR - AOR. The notification is triggered and we are able to click on the notification and see the details. But when we click the document link at the bottom of the notification it opens up in a new tab but keeps buffering. It does not open the PIP document to view.

We have already added the below 2 privileges.

1. ZBS_NOTIFICATION_DRILLDOWN_VBCS_PRIV

2. SVC_MANAGE_OMNICHANNEL_PRESENCE_AND_AVAILABILITY_PRIV

Also, the below profile options are set to true.
