Item Structure Changes to Work Definition Are Not Visible

in Manufacturing

When I updated the Item Structure to replace the A item and added a supersession on items B & C with effectivities dates….

Then,I ran the process but the work definition is now showing items A,B&C and also it is not assigning the items to the work definition.
