view outside network access for Administrators having admin OTL roles on absence pages

Summary:

In our case Under My team, click on Absence Balance, it provides the detail of all the direct reports, however when we unselect the filter, it shows the details of all the employees out side of his department as well. (Many employees detail)

Do you know why this is behaving like this. please suggest.
