Can we display the performance or development library goals instead of type search?

Hello - our business do not like the type search as you would effectively need to know what is in the library to search - can this be a list to select from so it is visual?

Not sure if we add it as part of organisation? How would that work?

Also I expect that if I type it manually AI assist would look the library to use that goal but it doesn't - anyone got any ideas to make this work? Thanks

The goals are also not suggested, however I am not sure exactly how this works?
