Progress Notes contents are not visible in Performance Documents that are in Completed status

We are in 25C and moving the Talent Management to Redwood. We observe that the Progress Notes that are filled up for the Performance goals are not visible when the Performance Document is in Completed Status in Redwood Pages. However, the Progress Notes contents are available when the Performance Document is in In-progress Status.

We observe that the Progress Notes that are filled up for the Performance goals are not visible when the Performance Document is in Completed Status in Redwood Pages.
