Check in under My Team

In Redwood, the line manager can see the checkin document only through My Team > Quick Action > Performance but all other Performance task are done under My Team > Career and Performance.

This is causing difficulties since the check in document should be visible in the same section of performance document and not as a quick action.

How can line manager access the check in in an app and not a quick action?
