Participant Feedback submitted notification returns blank

We have a notification enabled that triggers whenever an employee receives a performance feedback from their participant. The expectation is when the employee opens the notification, a brief description should be shown then the link 'View Feedback' should be there as well. However, the client has noticed that it's returning a blank page, which never happens before. Does anyone have an idea how we can fix this? Screenshots below for reference.
