Compensatory plan shows balance but does not show the details

Compensatory plan shows balance but does not show the details

Hi,

I have an issue where compensatory plan shows 4.5 hours, but when i put date range to see the details, it does not show anything. Also, when disbursing balance the balance shows as 0.

The balance was added as part of data conversion. But we are not able to use it or disburse balance.

Does anyone has any idea why this is happening.
