How to hide or read only for Edit Evaluation Topic Weights on Redwood Pages?

Hi Team,

In Redwood, employees are able to edit section weights and we want to restrict it. On responsive page, we are able to apply Page composer to meet this requirement but on redwood if we tried to Hide through the VBCS i.e. set 'page properties to False, it gets hidden on line manager as well .Is there any other way to restrict only employees from editing the weights.
