How to donate the balance to the pool from accrual plan in absence management without recipient.

Employees should be able to donate their accrued leave balance from the accrual plan to the donation pool by using the Initiate Donation option. The donated balance will then be available in the donation pool plan, from which eligible recipients can receive donated leave.

The current “Initiate Donation” process mandates selecting a recipient before submission as seen in the below screenshot. The requirement is to allow employees to donate their accrual balance directly to the donation pool , without specifying a recipient. The donated balance should accumulate in the pool, from which eligible employees can later receive donations.
