Record the lot number of Work Order product when scraping an assembly and require a reason

Summary:

The client has a requirement to report yield by batch, i.e. preassigned lot number(s), from a Work Order. The assembly Work Definition is set up for preassigned lot number and one can add multiple lot numbers to the Work Order. This works fine when completing a quantity of the assembly where one can then select from any of the lot numbers previously assigned to the Work Order. With the scrap transaction there's no point at which one can capture the lot number.

The other question is whether the Reason field can be made a required field when performing a Scrap transaction? The client is still using ADF forms and doesn't plan to migrate to Redwood for a while.
