Performance Rating isn't auto populating based on Rating given in Performance document

Hello,
When a performance document is completed, a rating is calculated and visible to both the employee and the manager. However, when the manager navigates to My Team > Talent Rating, the performance rating value does not populate there.
Ideally, this should reflect the same rating that was already provided in the performance document. As it stands, the manager has to manually enter the rating again for the employee, which seems like redundant work. Would it be possible for the rating to auto-populate based on the value from the performance document?
