when adding a note, the author is a random series of characters, should be the user name.

When we added a note to the customer programs under note and attachments it shows Authored by as some random name. is it supposed to show the username of the who added the note. Please refer screenshot

Let us know how this is bieng populated because we don't see this in the Dev instance but we see in the UAT instance
