Redwood Timecards: Exclude Meal Break & On Call from reported hours; consolidate Overtime totals

Business needs the Redwood Timecards to align the displayed hours.

  1. Exclusion of Specific Time Codes
  • Currently, Meal Break and On Call time codes are included in the Reported Hours totals.
  • The business requires these specific time codes to be excluded from both the “Reported Hours” aggregate and the “View Time Totals” section as these should not be counted as actual working hours.

2. Overtime Consolidation

  • In “View Calculated Time”, Overtime is splitting between morning and afternoon Regular Pay periods. We would like to display Overtime as whole total in a separate line item at the bottom of the grid. Below is how it is currently displayed.
