Feasibility of using "Customer" as filter in Customer programs

in Channel Revenue Management

Summary:

We are implementing Channel Revenue Management on Sell Side to manage the Customer Rebates.
We have a requirement to fetch the Programs available for the Customer, on the Redwood Page we could see that option to filter the Program by "Customer" is not available 

Could you please suggest if there exists

 a. Report to fetch the Programs available per Customer
b. Feasibility to add filter on the Customer Program ( Redwood) page
