Feasibility to have Automatic Claim Settlement process
Summary:
We are implementing Channel Revenue Management on Sell Side to manage the Customer Rebates.
We have a requirement to settle the Customer claims automatically against the Accrued amount for the Customer , instead of manually associating the Accrual and settling the claim, based on a Business condition like Claim raised for a Specific Bill to location to settle against an Accrual generated by a Program monthly
Could you please suggest if there exists a feasibility to achieve this in Oracle Channel Revenue Management
