Inquiry on Limiting Customer Earnings in Oracle Channel Revenue Management
Summary:
We are currently implementing Channel Revenue Management on the Sell Side to manage Customer Rebates. As part of our requirements, we need to enforce a maximum limit on the amount a customer can earn under a specific Customer Program.
While we have identified the "Estimated Amount" field, it appears that this field does not restrict the actual accruals earned by the customer.
Could you please advise if Oracle Channel Revenue Management provides a standard functionality or configuration to enforce such a cap on customer earnings within a program? If not, are there any recommended workarounds or customizations to achieve this?
