Activity Description Fix

Summary:

There is an issue with the Activity Description field — when we copy the text, it is displaying in HTML tag format. Additionally, if we add a space next to any word, it shows as  .

When we raised SR: 4-0001041445 and checked with Oracle, we were informed that this is a known issue and a fix will be applied in the 25D patch.

Could you please confirm whether this fix has already been applied for any customers and if it is working as expected?
Also, is there any Oracle document that includes the details of this fix as part of the release notes just like feature summary report.
