PD still appearing even after inactivating & mass delete the Performance template and

Hello,

Even after performing a mass deletion of the Performance Documents (PDs) for all users, the PD page continues to display their status as In Progress. Additionally, we are unable to delete the associated performance template, as it still appears as In Use despite the mass deletion of those documents.

Our goal is to remove the performance document from appearing in the dropdown list; however, the changes are not reflected even after marking the template as Inactive and executing the mass delete action.

Please advise on how to proceed further.
