The Plan is enabling option to enroll even after setting Enrollment rule as Automatic

Hi All,

We have created a plan. It doesn't have any options. We want to make it auto enrolled and the employee shouln't have option to enroll or de-enroll.

I have set the Enrollment rule as 'Automatic'.Still, the It shows as enrolled and gives option to de enroll or enoll.

Please suggest.
